Question 1

What is InsureATS?

Accepted Answer

InsureATS is an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting CRM built exclusively for insurance agencies. It keeps every applicant, phone screen, interview, call, email, and licensing milestone in one pipeline, from the first application through to placement.

Question 2

How is InsureATS different from a general-purpose ATS?

Accepted Answer

Generic hiring tools stop at the interview. InsureATS follows the insurance hiring lifecycle: BIG assessment results, P&C and L&H certification and state exam dates, licensing status, agency placement, and post-placement production tracking for agency-owner candidates.

Question 3

Can I track P&C and L&H licensing per candidate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each candidate record tracks BIG status, P&C and L&H licensing status, certification exam and state exam dates, and licensing progression, so you always know who is ready to be appointed and who still has steps to clear.

Question 4

Do emails and calls stay attached to the candidate?

Accepted Answer

Recruiters connect their own Gmail account, so every email thread is logged on the candidate record and sent from the recruiter's real address. With the RingCentral integration, calls, recordings, and SMS land in the same activity timeline automatically.

Question 5

How much does InsureATS cost?

Accepted Answer

Recruit is $150 per month for 2 users, Pro is $275 per month for 5 users, and Power is $350 per month for 20 users. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, there are no setup fees, and you can cancel anytime.

Question 6

Can I bring my existing candidates and templates into InsureATS?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Import your candidate list from a spreadsheet, then build reusable email templates and phone-screen templates so your whole team works from the same playbook.

Question 7

Is my recruiting data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Candidate records, tasks, and activity belong to your organization, and access is limited to the users in your organization.
